Hotel Accomodation

Bag Snatcher was able to get us a group rate on rooms at the Mettera On Whyte.

The room rate is $125 (regularly $140) and is valid for the evening of Saturday, April 30th.

To get the rate our participants need to contact the hotel's central reservations office at 1-866-465-8150 or via email at reservations@metterra.com Callers MUST mention they are with the Red Dress - OPEN BLOCK to receive the group rate.

Check-In/Check-out Times

Check in time is 3:00PM. While every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in, rooms may not be available. Luggage may be held at our front desk until the guestroom is available.

Check out is 12:00 noon. Requests to retain rooms beyond that hour should be directed to the front desk. Should it be possible to extend a late check-out, a late departure fee may be applicable.

They are unable to hold rooms - its first come, first served.

RV Accomodation

The Granite Curling Club has a very large parking lot suitable for your RV. (Sorry no hook-ups).

Beef and Finger Foods Abode

You didn't hear it from me, but most hashers who don't own an RV and are traveling on a limited budget end up crashing on the floor of Beef and Finger Foods love palace....
